Licence & IP Terms

These terms govern your use of IQCS digital products — templates, toolkits, checklists and related documents (“Materials”). By purchasing or downloading Materials you agree to these terms.
1. Ownership
All Materials, including their structure, wording, formatting and design, are the intellectual property of IQCS Centre of Excellence and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership.
2. Standard licence (single organisation)
A standard purchase grants the purchasing person or organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:
- use, edit and adapt the Materials for the internal business purposes of one organisation;
- brand the Materials with that organisation’s identity;
- store copies for internal backup and use.
3. Organisation-wide annual licence
The Full Library Annual Licence extends the standard licence to the entire purchasing organisation (all sites and staff) and includes updates released during the subscription period. It renews annually and use of updates ceases if not renewed; documents already implemented may continue to be used.
4. Consultant use
Consultants may use the Materials to serve clients only under a Consultant Licence. Each client implementation counts as one organisation. Contact us for consultant licensing.
5. What is not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing, renting, publishing or redistributing the Materials in any form, whether original or modified;
- Sharing the Materials with other organisations, or uploading them to public repositories, marketplaces or shared drives accessible beyond the licensed organisation;
- Using the Materials to create competing template products;
- Removing embedded notices where present.
6. No professional advice
Materials are professional templates and guidance, not legal or certification advice. Certification outcomes depend on your implementation and your certification body’s assessment.
7. Breach
We may revoke a licence and pursue remedies where these terms are breached. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
