Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of digital products (templates, toolkits and checklists), training programmes and related services from IQCS Centre of Excellence. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products and services
We sell instant-download digital documents, individual and organisational licences, and places on training and coaching programmes. Product descriptions, inclusions and formats are stated on each product or programme page.
2. Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice showing our ABN is issued automatically for every order. Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed when payment has been received in full. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via an on-screen download link and by email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact learn@iqcs.com.au with your order details.
5. Training enrolments
A programme place is confirmed on payment (or on acceptance of an approved invoice for corporate bookings). Programme dates, formats and inclusions are stated at enrolment. Transfers and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Licences and permitted use
Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. Your use is governed by our Licence & IP Terms. In summary: a standard purchase grants a single-organisation licence for internal use; resale, sublicensing or redistribution is not permitted.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Liability
Our products and programmes provide professional guidance and templates; they do not constitute legal advice, and outcomes (including certification results) depend on your implementation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or programme is limited to the amount you paid for it.
