- Who we are
Learning that builds capability and character
IQCS Centre of Excellence exists to develop people. We are a professional training and coaching organisation, helping individuals grow in skill and confidence, and helping organisations build capable, values-driven teams.
Our work spans three connected strengths: accredited training that transfers real, workplace-ready skills; personal and team coaching that turns insight into lasting behaviour; and consulting that helps individuals and organisations design their development — including the roll-out of our flagship Ignite programme.
As the learning and development arm of IQCS Institute of Quality — an ISO 9001:2015 certified practice — we combine professional rigour with a genuinely human approach. Today we support learners across more than fifteen countries, from emerging professionals to senior leaders shaping the culture of their organisations.
