You may edit and customise the documents for your organisation, but they must not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly shared or supplied as editable source files to another organisation. Consultants, corporate groups and organisations requiring multi-entity use should contact IQCS regarding an appropriate licence.

Yes. IQCS editable templates are designed to be adapted to suit your organisation. Subject to the applicable licence, you may modify the wording, branding, terminology, responsibilities, processes and structure for your organisation's internal use. Customisation does not transfer ownership of the underlying IQCS intellectual property or permit resale or redistribution.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. For Australian sales, GST is included where applicable. For international customers, applicable VAT, GST, sales tax or similar taxes may depend on your location and will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and our checkout arrangements. Currency conversion or international transaction charges imposed by your financial institution are separate from charges made by IQCS.

No. IQCS toolkits are professional resources designed to support the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of management systems. Purchasing or using a toolkit does not, by itself, constitute certification or guarantee conformity, certification, accreditation, or a successful audit outcome. Documents must be appropriately customised, implemented and supported by actual organisational practices and objective evidence.

Because IQCS toolkits and templates are digital products generally provided for immediate access or download, we do not ordinarily offer change-of-mind refunds after the purchased files have been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable law. This does not exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, missing advertised content, or cannot be accessed due to an issue attributable to IQCS, please contact us so we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.

If you do not receive your download link, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or experience any other technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will verify your order and assist with restoring access or supplying the correct files.

We can also assist with developing or improving complete management systems. Customisation and implementation support are separate professional services, quoted based on the agreed scope and complexity.
