IQCS Centre of Excellence (“IQCS”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What we collect
We collect personal information you provide when you enquire, enrol in a programme, purchase from our shop, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, billing details and the content of your communications with us.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide our training, coaching, consulting and digital products;
- To process orders, deliver downloads, issue tax invoices and manage licences;
- To send programme information, updates and marketing you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To improve our services, website and learning materials.
3. Payment information
Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). IQCS does not receive or store your full card details. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example payment processing, email delivery and website hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
6. Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at learn@iqcs.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Complaints and contact
