Some Things Only a Group Can Teach You

One-to-one coaching gives depth; a group adds something different — perspective. Hearing peers wrestle with the same challenges normalises the struggle, multiplies the ideas and raises the bar on follow-through, because the group is watching.
Each facilitated session blends structured coaching with peer exchange: a focus theme, real situations brought by members, honest challenge and committed actions reviewed at the next session.
For organisations, group coaching is also the economical way to extend coaching beyond the executive few — building shared language, shared standards and a coaching culture across a whole cohort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Groups are kept deliberately small and well-matched, meeting regularly over several months — cadence, size and duration are agreed when the cohort is formed.
Yes. Every cohort agrees ground rules up front, and confidentiality is the first of them. For sponsored cohorts, reporting covers themes and progress — never who said what.
Training teaches content; group coaching works your real situations. There is no syllabus to get through — the group’s live challenges are the material.
Yes — in-house cohorts are common: leadership cohorts, accountability groups and Ignite-linked groups, aligned to your goals and often paired with training.
Both. Groups run in person, online or hybrid — online groups work especially well for cohorts spread across locations.
